We are probably one of the most reliable places to buy a second-hand bike in London, for 3 simple reasons:

1. We are a social enterprise, so all the bikes we sell are donated. We never buy or do part exchange on second hand bikes. This means that, unlike many bike shops and online marketplaces, we will never trade stolen goods.
2. Our bikes are fully refurbished. We change all the wearing out parts, like cables, pads, chain and cassette. So, our bikes feel like brand new
3. We give one month warranty
